The Remember The 400 Foundation is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. This chapter has a grassroots initiative committed to uplifting and empowering the marginalized and urban communities. The cornerstone of our work focuses on building pathways for success, fostering leadership, and creating opportunities for individuals who may face systemic challenges. Providing support, resources, and opportunities which span across educational programs, cultural celebrations, economic empowerment, mentorship, and community wellness. We aim to address the immediate needs of our community but also to contribute to long-term systemic change. We believe in the power of collective action, unity, and strategic partnerships to create lasting impact.

Our team consists of professionals, community leaders, volunteers, and advocates who are committed to making a tangible impact in the lives of those we serve.
